Terms of Service

Skedulus (“we”, “us”) is a scheduling service at skedulus.online: service providers publish a page where clients book appointments, manage their schedule in a Telegram Mini App, and can sync appointments with an external calendar. By using Skedulus you agree to these terms. Contact: support@skedulus.online.

Accounts

You sign in with Telegram, with Google, or with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to those accounts secure and for what happens under your Skedulus account. One person may act both as a client and as a provider.

If you are a service provider

• You are responsible for the content of your page — business details, services, prices, staff information and images — and confirm you have the right to publish it.
• The relationship with your clients is yours: honoring appointments, the quality of your services, payments, and complying with the laws that apply to your business, including how you handle your clients’ personal data outside Skedulus.
• Appointment details are sent to the calendar you choose to connect and are then also governed by that calendar provider’s terms. Moving or deleting a synced event in that calendar changes or cancels the real appointment and notifies the client — that is the feature working as designed, so treat those events accordingly.

If you are a client

A booking is an arrangement between you and the provider. Skedulus is the platform, not a party to it: we do not guarantee that an appointment takes place, and providers may cancel or move appointments — you will be notified when that happens.

Acceptable use

Do not use Skedulus for anything unlawful, to send spam, to impersonate others, to scrape data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms or harm the service or its users.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display it for the purpose of running the service — on your public page, in the Mini App, and in the notifications and calendar events the service produces.

Price and availability

Skedulus is currently free of charge. We work to keep the service available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind; features may change, and we may introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable advance notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from missed or cancelled appointments, calendar sync results, or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending use

You may stop using Skedulus at any time; providers can deactivate their page in the management panel, and you can ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
